Our Parallel Cold-Forged Threaded Mechanical Splicing Systems range from 16 mm to 56 mm, manufactured using a four-step process of cutting, cold forging, turning, and threading. Designed to meet international standards, including IS 16172, ASME Sec III Div 2, BS 8110 (1997), ACI 318 (2005), and ACI 349, our systems ensure maximum strength, easy installation, and unmatched performance without the need for torque wrenching. Each mechanical splice connection develops over 130% of the specified yield strength of the concrete reinforcement bar, with a minimum breaking strength of 715 N/mm², making it one of the most trusted solutions in the industry.
